Light & Dark

In Light & Dark, artists are invited to explore the interplay of light and shadow, and delve into themes of value and reflection. This exhibit welcomes creators of all ages and backgrounds to consider how light and shadow speak to these themes.

Artists across all media—painting, photography, sculpture, poetry, digital art, and more—are encouraged to respond with honesty and imagination. Some may interpret light and dark through literal contrasts in space or nature, while others may delve into more personal landscapes: the spaces of clarity and obscurity within. We believe every piece holds a story, and every artist offers a perspective the world needs to see.
