A series of black and white photographs of crosses taken as a contemplative act focusing on the cross. I tried to juxtapose light and darkness with the cross being light and the background being dark to express Jesus as the light of the world and remembering the darkness of the crucifixion that encourages us to also sacrifice and be light in the world.
