Seeing the Light

“Seeing the Light” is a oil painting inspired by my in-laws farm. While exploring the barn the lighting really caught my eye. It really drew me to the peek of outside light, the glow on the door and the gentle light that surrounded it. The light represents the life of Jesus Christ inside us. His Spirit is the light that guides us.

As John 8:12 states, “Again Jesus spoke to them, saying, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”
“The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.” John 1:5
