Instagram Creator


To create and post 5 times per week according to our pre-determined strategy chart for Instagram, shared also to Facebook.


  • Efficiency and proficiency with Adobe Illustrator
  • Ability to write copy in the cheerful, upbeat, and voice and style of GLA. One of our main themes is “You Belong.”
  • Ability to follow branding guidelines.
  • Knowledge of analytics, ads, account growth, and engagement
  • Ability to crop, edit, and filter photos to match branding.
  • Organization and planning.
  • Time management and ability to report accurate number of hours worked. 
  • Self-motivated follow-through, with no procrastination.
  • Analytical and attention to detail. 
  • High visual standards for composition, white space and typography. 
  • Accurate spelling for names, titles, and captions. 
  • Committed to the mission of GLA. 
  • Coachable, teachable.  
  • Takes critique well and makes needed adjustments.
  • Willingness to learn the platforms we use (we will train you on Monday, Plann, and Adobe Illustrator)

Time Requirements

5 posts/wk. We work 2-3 weeks ahead.


Starting $250/month plus paid training.
