Returns and Cancellations for "Free Products" (Just pay shipping)
For products that you only pay for shipping, classified as "Free Products", is NOT possible to return them. You are getting a good free gift. However, if the item is missing, or you didn't received any information after 6 weeks (USA) or 8 weeks (rest of the world) you can email us and we can return your money or send another Free product if you desire it. If the item arrived damaged, you have up to 30 days to send us the email with the picture of the damaged item, and we will refund your money or provide a replacement.
